Feenix may disclose necessary information, including your contact details, to a claims processor or insurer in the event of a complaint, dispute, or conflict, such as an accident, involving you and a third-party provider (including a Feenix driver), when such information is essential for resolving the issue.
Feenix reserves the right to update these Terms as needed for legal compliance or proper site operation. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use post-notification indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and also possess a valid driver’s license to register. Registration by individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under Applicable Laws.
Vehicle Qualification: Users must meet specified requirements, including legal driving ability, possession of a valid driver's license, Ghana card, vehicle deposit, two (2) guarantors, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Feenix grants a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the services in the Territory. Users must comply with applicable laws and reasonable instructions provided by Feenix.
You must not use the Site in connection with prohibited use or other illegal activity including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and the funding of terrorist organizations. If we reasonably believe you are using the site in connection with illegal activity or for any fraudulent purpose, or are permitting a third party to do so, we shall report You to the appropriate legal authorities.
Users are prohibited from engaging in various acts, including illegal activities, fraud, and misuse of the Feenix platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
You are prohibited from defamation, insults, or obstruction of business concerning the Company or third parties.
You are prohibited from sending, posing, or communicating information deemed by the Company as falling under the following items:
In the event You engage in any of the prohibited acts listed in the clause above, subject to the terms of the agreement between You and third-party partners, (x) the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your account on the Site; and (y) You agree to indemnify the Company to the full extent of any liability arising from Your engagement in any prohibited acts listed in the clause above.
The use of the Feenix App requires the installation of the software and the registration of a user account. During the installation of the Feenix app, the mobile number of the Feenix service user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database. When using the Feenix App, the user can choose whether he/she wishes to pay via the Feenix application or website using a card or mobile money. All payments will be processed exclusively through the Feenix application or website, and Feenix does not accept cash payments.
In some events, payments may be directed to a designated official bank account.

Feenix shall have the right to add the personal data of the app user to the Feenix database and to forward the personal data to service providers per Feenix’s Privacy Policy. Feenix reserves the right to make unilateral amendments to the Terms and Conditions. We shall notify the users of changes to Terms in the terms stated in the Privacy Policy. Feenix reserves the right to send marketing messages and authentication codes through SMS messages. Feenix shall make every effort to ensure that only drivers who have integrity and are respectful of their profession and customers use the Feenix app. However, we are in no position to guarantee that every provider of services, located via the Feenix app, satisfies the criteria always. If you experience objectionable taxi service, please notify our support team. Feenix has the right to void any discount codes and block rider accounts if it suspects any fraudulent activities and charges the rider for the damages caused. Feenix may suspend or cancel user registration at its discretion for breaches of these Terms or engaging in any of the prohibited acts listed. The suspension or cancellation of Your registration and Your right to use the Site shall not affect our statutory rights against You.
Feenix disclaims warranties, and users agree to use the site at their own risk. Feenix is not liable for damages unless specified in writing. You understand that the Company cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy Your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to this Site for the reconstruction of any lost data. Users may not transfer their rights under these Terms. Feenix may transfer its rights.
